Suite Stays is built on the belief that great hosting comes from calm, reliable ways of working — not constant oversight. Our hosting model is intentionally designed to reduce operational friction, support meaningful guest experiences, and care for the wellbeing of everyone over time.

In limited cases, we partner with independent property owners who share our values and wish to operate within our established hosting framework. This approach sits thoughtfully between full property management and fully hands-on hosting, offering structure and support without removing owners from their homes or the decisions that matter most.

Partner hosting focuses on clear standards, thoughtful automation, and local ownership of day-to-day operations. Rather than taking over a home, we help design the systems around it — allowing concerns to be addressed early, quality to be maintained consistently, and relationships with guests, neighbours, and service partners to remain respectful and human.

Informed by over 25 years of hosting experience across changing markets and models, this approach is designed to support sustainable hosting — protecting quality, relationships, and owner wellbeing without constant operational pressure.

This is not traditional property management and is not available to all properties. Partner inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure alignment with our standards, values, and approach to hosting.
